Lyra Belacqua, a girl who dosent know who her mother and father are is about to discover what her purpose was in her world. After leaving her home at Jordan College, Lyra leaves with Mrs. Coulter and they head toward the north. On her way there Lyra encouters everything from Gypsies, Polar Bears and Witches.
