The Daughters of the Moon series, is about about four girls, later there are five. They are Vanessa, Serena, Jimena, Catty, and later Tianna. Each girl has special powers. Vanessa can become invisible, Serena can read minds, Jimena has premonitions, Catty can travel through time, and Tianna is telekinetic. Each girl was born with a moon amulet, or given one in Tianna's case. And at the age of seventeen, they must make a choice: they can stay in this world, but forget what has happened to them, or they leave this world forever and become spirit guardians. These for girls are the daughters of the moon goddess, Selene; she sent them to Earth, to vanquish an old evil that was wreaking havoc on human kind. This evil is called the Atrox.
