I first heard about this book after a friend of mine read it. I wasn't really sure at first if I should have read it but in the end it turned out to be a really good book. It talks about the main character, Eddie, who works as the maintainer for an amusement park called Ruby Pier. On his birthday, he loses his life while saving a little girl from being crushed by one of the rides called Freddie's Freefall. He goes to heaven but its not how he expects it. He meets five people in each of their own heavens and they teach him something about his life and how they contributed to it. In the end he creates his own heaven and waits for his person to come so that he can tell them about their life. I recommend this book to kids and adults of all ages because it can teach you something important about your life.
