Halo: The Flood

This story is about a cyborg ( Master Chief ) part of this spartan program. This Program turns ordinary soldiers into super soldiers. But Master Chief is the only one left. While on the space- craft Pillar of Autumn the ship is attacked by alien forces called the Covenant. Master Chief reports to the ship's captain ( Captain Keyes ) and is told to get off the ship and bring the on-board AI ( Cortana) with him. After getting off the Pillar of Autumn, he lands on a ring world called Halo. On Halo he must fight the covenant and discover a horrible secret about Halo
